About Terry Mahlum

Has lived in the Olympia area for over 25 years with her husband, Howard. Together they have four daughters; Jen, Sarah, Alex and Taylor, that attend/graduated Tumwater High School, in the footsteps of their father. Their two oldest daughters have served in the United States Air Force.

Terry started working in sales, marketing and recruiting with a national company at the age of 20, which continued for 22 years, mastering many different poistions and promotions. This career choice led the family to numerous relocations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

With an extensive background in relocation on a personal side, Terry developed a strong interest in Real Estate. The career change to real Estate came natural and with a passion. Terry jumped right in by becoming an owner/manager of her own Real Estate Company.
